If you are from a state that restricts high-capacity magazines and you place an order to purchase any pre-ban high-capacity magazine from us, you must either email (
[email protected]
) or fax (612) 430-8639 a copy of your Large Capacity License issued by your state along with your order number within 3 days of your purchase. Once received we will verify the name and address to your order and if a good match your order will begin shipment processing. Failure to submit a copy of your permit will result in your order being cancelled, a $5 fee for processing charged against initial payment, and the remainder of your order total refunded. We must charge this $5 fee as we are charged processing fees for both your initial payment and the refund by our credit card processor.
We are posting these magazines separately by manufacturer for our customers use in identifying by manufacturer.
During the pre-ban time, there were actually just two sets of contract 30-round magazine tooling, both of which were built by Colt. These tooling machines were moved from contractor to contractor as time went on. Generally, the contracts were awarded to minority or small businesses as part of a set-aside for smaller manufacturers. The business would generally get set up with the tooling and start to manufacture the 30-round magazines per the contract. WHen the business no longer qualified under their set-aside contract agreement, the contract was cancelled. The tooling then was removed from that manufacturer and shipped and set up with another "qualified" business who had been awarded one of these set-aside contracts. This is the reason that there are so many different manufacturers of the pre-ban 30 round magazine.
These Pre-Ban 30-round Center Industries Corp Magazines are part of that set-aside contract process.

We have included multiple photos of these magazines for you to determine the condition for yourself. All of the followers slide easily to the bottom of the mag and back to the top when physically manipulated by me.
