This item is a Vietnam Era "ERDL" Poncho Liner in "Excellent Condition" According to the research I have completed, the tag reflects a 1965 manufacture date.

The liner has 8 very good string ties still attached, no holes or tears, and all of the seams still look great. All four corners are rounded as to be expected. View the pictures yourself to verify.

The size of the liner is 88L X 62W and has the center seam.

We have never obtained a nicer example of this item, so here's your opportunity to add a great example to your collection.
